About the event
Goddess Synergy Movement Circle
If you struggle dancing freely without judging yourself, this experience is for you!
Join us for the Goddess Synergy Movement Circle, a guided movement experience where women come together to move, express, and reconnect with their bodies. Many of us have been taught to stay small, stay composed, and stay in control. This circle is an invitation to step out of those boxes and dance without inhibition.
The focus is on exploration rather than performance, allowing each participant to move in a way that feels natural to them. Come as you are and leave feeling more grounded, energised, and connected to your feminine power.
I'm nervous about moving in front of others. Is that normal?
Yes — and many participants feel the same way before their first circle.
The space is intentionally designed to be supportive, non-judgmental, and welcoming. There is no pressure to perform or “do it right.” Most participants find that once they begin moving, the nervousness quickly softens.
What should I expect?
The circle blends guided movement with creative expression. You’ll explore movement patterns that feel natural to your body and heighten your intuition. The environment is supportive, and you’re invited to participate at your own pace.
Who is this experience for?
This experience is for women who want to reconnect with their bodies and step away from constant overthinking. If you’ve been feeling stressed, disconnected, or carrying more than you realize, this circle offers space to move, release tension, and return to yourself.
Can I attend if I’m coming alone?
Absolutely. Many participants attend GSM circles on their own and end up meeting wonderful new people.
The space is designed to be welcoming and inclusive, so you’ll feel supported whether you come with friends or by yourself.
What should I wear?
Wear comfortable clothing that allows you to move freely.
Many participants enjoy wearing something that makes them feel expressive or connected to themselves, but athletic wear or simple comfortable clothes work perfectly.
