Femme Masterclass with Swarali: Embodied Confidence Through Choreography in NYC

In this 2-hour femme dance class, you'll learn a thematic choreography. Along the way, you'll find your confidence, your sensuality, and the power of your feminine energy. Each masterclass explores a new theme, so every session gives you something fresh to carry into your life.

You'll walk away with:

✨ More ease in your sensual expression

✨ A choreography that deepens your connection with your body

✨ Somatic tools that help you hold softness and strength together

✨ A deeper sense of confidence in your body that lasts beyond the class

Your guide is Swarali, a TEDx speaker, Bollywood-Fusion choreographer, and dance movement therapy practitioner. She brings two decades of practice into a space where you can explore, express, and be fully seen.

All levels welcome. Come ready to sweat, and leave feeling stronger, sharper, and connected to your feminine force.

Bring: Comfortable clothes that make you feel a little bold — whatever helps you unleash your inner queen. 💃✨. 💃🌟
